个人简介:

一、个人简介

肖志松,博士,教授,博士生导师,院长,江西南昌人。2001年获北京师范大学凝聚态物理专业理学博士学位,之后曾任职香港中文大学电子工程系副研究员进行博士后研究,中国电子信息产业发展研究院产业发展与应用服务研究所副所长,西班牙科学研究理事会(CSIC)光学所(IO)访问研究员,大连路明科技集团副总工程师。2006年任北航物理系副教授,2009年任北航人事处人才交流中心主任,2010年任北航党政办公室副主任,2011年北航物理学院教授和博士生导师,2013年至今任北航物理学院院长。2008.10-2009.10还曾作为中组部和团中央第九批“博士服务团”成员,挂职陕西电子信息集团副总工程师;2013.1-2013.7为美国普渡大学高级访问学者。2003年获“全国留学回国人员先进个人”,2006年北京市“科技新星”和北航“蓝天新秀”,2007年教育部“新世纪优秀人才”,2009年获国防科学技术进步奖二等奖1项。2010获年北航“优秀研究生指导教师”。

二、主要研究方向

1.集成光学材料与器件(应用于光电传感和惯性导航等);

2.发光材料与器件物理(应用于光通讯和半导体照明等);

3.激光或离子束材料表面改性。

已在此三个研究领域发表论文92篇,其中被SCI收录的第一或通讯作者论文50余篇,已授权发明专利6项,申请和公开发明专利5项。目前已完成和正在主持国家国际科技合作专项、国家科技支撑计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、航空科学基金等课题18项。
